Shipping & Delivery

Every Frida item is made to order, so there are two parts to the wait: production, then transit.

Production time

Most items are printed and quality-checked within 2 to 5 business days. Apparel is usually ready in 2 to 4 days. Framed prints, canvases and embroidered items can take up to 7 days.

Transit time

• United States and Canada: 3 to 6 business days
• Europe and the United Kingdom: 4 to 8 business days
• Gulf and Middle East: 6 to 12 business days
• Rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days

Orders are produced at the facility closest to your delivery address, which keeps shipping short and the carbon footprint smaller.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with a tracking number the moment it leaves the print facility. If the tracking has not moved after five days, write to us and we will chase it.

Split shipments

If you order several items they may be produced in different facilities and arrive separately. You are only charged shipping once.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in the checkout price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong address

Check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was available, we will reship it once you cover the return shipping.
