What does print on demand mean?

It means nothing is printed until you order it. Your item is produced individually, then shipped straight to you. No stock sitting in boxes, no leftovers.

How long will my order take?

Production takes 2 to 5 business days, then shipping on top. Full timings by region are on the shipping page.

Are the designs original?

Yes. Every design is our own illustration. We do not resell stock graphics.

What sizes do you carry?

Apparel runs from XS to 5XL depending on the style. Exact measurements are listed on each product page, and there is a guide to measuring on the size guide page.

How should I wash a printed tee?

Cold wash, inside out, tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Treated that way the print will outlast the shirt.

Are the mugs dishwasher safe?

Yes, and microwave safe too.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide. Orders are routed to the print facility nearest you, which keeps delivery times and emissions down.

Will I pay customs or duty?

Possibly, depending on your country. Any import charges are set by your local authority and are not included in the checkout price.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Within 12 hours of ordering, yes, as long as production has not started. After that the item is already being made.

Something arrived damaged or misprinted.

Send us a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full. You do not need to send anything back.

Can I request a custom design?

Sometimes. Send us the idea through the contact page and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we can do.
